The Chronos route is a 6-day cruise which gives you the opportunity to witness one of the most remote and untouched regions in the world, covering 800 miles of magical waters and exploring the fjords in the Southern Patagonia.
Enjoy visiting the age-old ice formations of the Glacier San Rafael, and sailing through the awesome archipelagos of Llanquihue and Chiloe. The channels and gulfs you visit on this tour are home to incredible territory including towns like Castro and the fishing village of Puerto Aguirre.
At 12 AM, welcome aboard the Skorpios II. Enjoy a captain’s welcome dinner tonight before setting sail for the Llanquihue Archipelago and Ancud Gulf.
Today you sail through the Moraleda and Ferronave Channels, landing at Puerto Aguirre. After spending time in this fishing village, return to the ship and cruise through the Ferronave, Pilcomayo and Costa channels.
This morning you’ll enter the San Marino lagoon and anchor near the famous glacier. Weather permitting, enjoy a zodiac excursion among the multi-colored ice floes. Later this afternoon you cruise out towards the Quitralco Fjord.
This morning you’ll be able to bathe in the region’s amazing natural hot springs before taking a memorable excursion to the inner fjord (weather permitting).
Cruise through the Leucayec Channel, then cross the Corcovado Gulf, sailing along the eastern coast of Chiloé Island, where you visit the beautiful city of Castro. This evening enjoy a captain’s farewell dinner.
This morning we arrive in Puerto Montt. After breakfast it’s time to disembark.
